Scout Day Camporee 2016

Camping & Canoeing

For all Boy Scouts and Venturers.

September 30th - October 1st Lake Elizabeth Fremont Central Park

Only $7.00 per person! (Minimum of 5 Participants)

$35.00 reserves your Unit’s spot today - only unit registrations will be accepted only unit registrations are allowed - Packs or Troops - and the fees due will be based on the number of people camping overnight (not just the Scouts), and on the number of non-camping Boy Scouts that will only be participating in the boating event on Saturday.

Fees cover participation in Camping on September 30th and Canoeing on October 1st including participant patches. Register now to hold your space for Camping! Final participant count and fees will be due no later than the September 25th. Make checks payable to SFBAC.

All Canoeing Participatents are required to have passed BSA swim test and have a completed waiver form signed by parent or guardian.

Cancellation Policy

A great deal of advance planning and advance purchasing takes place for all programs and events of the San Francisco Bay Area Council during the months and weeks prior to an event, (facility rentals, supplies, staff hiring, food contracting, and program material acquisition.) 1. Refunds requested two weeks (14 days) prior to an event/camp may receive up to an 60% refund. No refunds will be given if requested within fourteen days (14) days of the event/camp. (except illness) No requests accepted after September 1't. 2. Refunds will be considered based on the following criteria: serious illness or injury (a doctors certification required) or death in immediate family. Refunds are not given for no-shows, conflict of schedule (such as sports events, out of country trips), weather conditions, or behavior issues occurring before or during the event/camp. 3. Refunds will be returned to the person(s) or entity from which the funds were received.
