To complete your Scoutmaster/Assistant Scoutmaster training, the Golden Gate District/Marin Council will be offering the Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) on April 9th – 10th at Camp Tamarancho.
This hands-on program gives the adult leaders the practical outdoor skills they need to lead Scouts in the out-of-doors. Imagine having hands-on knowledge of setting up a campsite, pitching a tent, hiking, outdoor cooking – all the skills necessary to see the outdoor program of the Boy Scouts of America come to life.
Meals for Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday breakfast will be provided. You will be able to setup and camp overnight on April 8th.
